gift voucher terms & conditions

A tydii home cleaning gift voucher is valid for 6 months from the date of issue for one home cleaning service at the recipient address specified at the time of order. This address is printed on the gift voucher along with the gift voucher value (no of hours), expiry date and a unique serial number.

  1. gift vouchers can be redeemed as full or part payment for a tydii home cleaning service
  2. gift vouchers are valid for a single tydii home cleaning service and cannot be redeemed for multiple visits on different occassions
  3. gift vouchers are valid for 6 months from date of issue
  4. gift vouchers that have been redeemed or that have expired can not be used
  5. gift vouchers cannot be redeemed for a home cleaning service at any other address than that specified on the voucher
  6. gift vouchers cannot be replaced, refunded or exchanged for cash or other gift vouchers
