Just wanted to pass on my feedback at the fantastic job Cris was able to do with the ovens last week. She did the most amazing job, they look like new ovens. She even managed to get off some stains on the trays which have been there for years and previous professional jobs weren’t able to remove. It fits with the normal excellent work she does with her normal cleaning, she really does excellent work.

Today was the 2nd time the Tydii Cleaner has been to my home and I can't thank them enough for making my home virtually NEW again.

Last week was the first of a HUGE 2 part job and I was so excited when I walked in the door to my home and see a shiny floor and nothing "all over the place". Yes, I do have a lot of sorting to do but I'm glad everything is packed up rather than being thrown away. As the old saying goes "one man's junk, is another man's treasure"!

This week (part 2) the UPSTAIRS of my home i.e. bedrooms, was renewed. Frankly I think this would have been a bigger job than last week but once again, the place looks like a NEW house again. It’s amazing. I can't believe that this could be done in one day - absolutely incredible!

Believe me, I would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Tydii to anybody and everybody but please have some space for the garbage bags because nothing is thrown away. Yes, that might worry some people but if I have my trash and treasure mixed up together all over the place, how can I expect an enthusiastic stranger (who is an expert cleaner) to know what I'd like to keep and what I'd like to throw away?

Tydii get my vote of praise and thanks and I can't wait to have them back again to do a regular clean on my place more often.

I'm pleased to let you know that I was REALLY happy with the cleaning - my oven is spotless, the kitchen and bathrooms are sparkling, and they really did get rid of ALL the dust lurking in various corners! Not only that, the house smells so fresh, and for the first time in months I woke up this morning without sinus issues (from the construction dust next door). I was additionally pleased that they put all our cluttered things in neat little piles for us to sort through. Over the next few months, Dan and I are giving the apartment an overhaul and getting rid of a lot of our clutter, so Tydii services will be a great complement to that, and our busy lifestyles.

Things I was especially happy with:

* The extra mile - the guys handscrubbed an oven dish even though I told them it was fine to put in dishwasher. They also picked up all my random hair ties scattered all over the house and put them in a neat little pile on my dresser. They made the beds, straightened up the floor mats, and put the sofa rug neatly so it was all beautiful to come home to.

* The attention to detail - They really did get every surface clean, and even fixed one of my shower shelves that had fallen off. They put all my various cosmetics neatly so it was neat and tidy, and polished all the mirrors.

* The balconies - these balconies are usually the biggest job we have in the house, and they are now SO clean, and they even arranged the potplants so it was beautiful!

Please be assured we'll be happy to start booking in our fortnightly clean.

The work they did was of the highest standard and completely fulfilled that which had been negotiated between us. Indeed they far exceeded my expectations.

Through a change in work circumstances my husband and I have been required to leave our home in the country and to move into rented accommodation in the city. You cannot imagine the stress this has caused us, especially trying to lease suitable accommodation in a very competitive market.
